- Respond promptly to communication
- Make payments as per agreed terms
Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones
- Fees are non-refundable once the service has started.
- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
- Late payments may result in project delay or suspension.
Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimated and depend on client cooperation, approvals, and content delivery. SRM Digital Hub is not responsible for delays caused due to late responses or incomplete information from the client.
Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and strategies created by SRM Digital Hub remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. SRM Digital Hub reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

- Payments are not cleared
